Yes. Speakers submit abstracts through a call for proposals portal, where they can also edit and resubmit. You assign reviewers who score each submission, and when you confirm an accepted talk the speaker is registered, gets a welcome email and can be linked to a session. See abstract management.
How do I stop hands-on labs and workshops from overbooking?
Turn on RSVP for the session and set a seat limit. Attendees confirm their seat in the app, and when the session is full they either join a waitlist or see that it is full, depending on your setting. You can also sell premium workshops as single sessions with their own price.
Does Eventify support single sign-on (SSO)?
Yes, as an add-on. With SSO enabled for an event, attendees, exhibitors and team members log in through your identity provider, and you choose who can access the event, for example anyone in your identity provider. See how to enable SSO.
Which integrations does Eventify have?
Eventify connects to Salesforce with two-way sync, HubSpot, Zoom for live sessions, Vimeo for recorded videos and Stripe for payments, and to 4,000+ other apps through Zapier, with triggers such as a new registration or check-in. Is Eventify secure enough for an enterprise IT review?
Eventify is ISO 27001:2022 certified, SOC 2 Type II audited and GDPR compliant. The ISO certificate can be downloaded and the SOC 2 Type II report is shared under NDA. Admin access is set per admin and per event, and the account owner can require two-factor authentication. See security and compliance.
Can sponsors capture leads at a tech conference?
Yes. Sponsor and exhibitor staff scan attendee badges or business cards in the Eventify app, answer your lead questions and score each lead. They can export leads as a CSV from their portal. Sponsored ads in the app report views and clicks for each sponsor.
Can Eventify run virtual and hybrid tech events?
Yes. Sessions can be in person, virtual or both, with live virtual sessions through Zoom and pre-recorded sessions. Attendees use the same app for the agenda, networking, polls and Q&A whether they are on site or remote. See the hybrid event platform.
