Please fill out the form below to request a demo of the Eventify AI Agent. Our team will be in touch shortly.
The Eventify AI Agent is an MCP server for event management. It connects Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants to your live Eventify account, so they can check attendees in, update sessions and pull reports when you ask in plain English.
Paste one server URL into the AI assistant you already use, sign in with your Eventify login, and ask. The agent does the work inside your event instead of telling you which menu to open.
Switched to Nexus Innovation Forum. 7 VIP attendees are not checked in yet:
| Name | Group | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Lauren Mitchell | VIP | Not checked in |
| James Calloway | VIP | Not checked in |
| Claire Henderson | VIP | Not checked in |
Plus 4 more. Want me to check any of them in?

Most chat tools explain features. The Eventify AI Agent connects securely to your live account and takes the action for you.
No install for Claude or ChatGPT. You need the server URL and your Eventify login.
In Claude, open Connectors and add a custom connector. In ChatGPT, create an app in Developer Mode. Then paste the Eventify server URL.
Your AI platform opens the Eventify sign-in page. Log in once and the connector shows as active. No API keys to copy.
Start each chat with “Switch to [Event Name]”, then ask for lists, changes or reports in your own words.
Prefer a guided start? Book a call and we walk you through the setup and your first prompts.
